This is a Two-Step Process for Master's Students.

Step 1: Reserve your complete graduation package (cap, tassel, hood and gown) today!

Once you complete your order, you will pick up graduation regalia at the Lipsey Student Publications Building in December.

Regalia pick-up dates for December 2026 graduates are Monday, November 1st thur Friday, December 4th, 2026

and Monday, December 7th and Tuesday, December 8th, 2026, at the Office of Student Publications, 420 Maynard Street on Central Campus.

Pickup hours are 10 am - 6 pm on the dates listed.

Step 2: Use your five-digit online order number that you'll receive at the end of Step 1 and complete this Google form - https://myumi.ch/WDAZ4

The Google form will allow you to pick your gown size along with hood and tassel color. 

The deadline to place your pre-order is Thursday, October 29th 2026. You will be asked for a shipping address, but your order will not be shipped. 

You are placing an order for pick up only. 

If you would prefer to have your order shipped, please order directly through the Josten's website.

Orders must be placed at least 5 weeks prior to graduation to ensure delivery.
