This is a Two-Step Process for Master's Students.

Step 1: Reserve your complete graduation package (cap, tassel, hood and gown) today! Once you complete your order, you will pick up graduation regalia at the Office of Student Publications in December.

Regalia pick-up dates for May 2025 graduates are April 7th - 11th, 14th - 18th and 21st - 25th, at the Office of Student Publications, 420 Maynard Street on Central Campus. Hours of operation are 10 am - 6 pm on pick-up days.

Step 2: Use your five-digit online order number that you'll receive at the end of Step 1 and complete this Google form - https://myumi.ch/Q61zE. The Google form will allow you to pick your gown size along with hood and tassel color.
